Trademark Office fees: each trademark 300 yuan/class/piece, if the application in 1 category of 10 (including 10 items) of goods, more than 10 items, each more than 1 item of goods will be charged 30 yuan.

For example, if 8 items are specified in 1 category, the cost is 300 yuan + 1000 yuan service fee =1300 yuan; Specify 15 items in 1 category, the fee is 300 yuan +(15-10)×30 yuan + service fee 1000 yuan =1450 yuan; Specify 10 items in 2 categories, the fee is 300×2 yuan + service fee 1000×2 yuan =2600 yuan.

Registration process

1. Submit information online after payment;

2. After reviewing the information, the customer service will contact the customer to exchange views on risk assessment;

3, submit to the Trademark Office within 24 hours to receive the official acceptance number,

4, the customer obtains the acceptance notice, waits for the application result, and obtains the Trademark Registration Certificate, or the Rejection Notice, or the partial rejection Notice.

Registration fee

Only 1000 yuan, no additional charge for more than 10 items in a category. We also provide approximate risk assessment services to help you avoid approximate risks and reduce the risk of inadmissibility.
